Just to thank you so much for your understanding and generosity over the past few sessions. The time with you has been hugely helpful for me in validating how I am feeling and dealing with things and in learning a bit more about how possible Neurodiversty and my current habits might be impacting me.
It is so refreshing to receive both info on the 'science' of how it all works and inter-relates, and some simple, manageable suggestions as to what to do practically to work towards a solution. I am usually very solution-focused initially but often doubt myself and give up or get overwhelmed by it all.
The sessions have really helped to hone in on an issue to prioritise and offered practical strategies to begin to tackle this quickly and easily. I can see the potential of these tools to help in other areas in life, so it is always a very positive and inspiring experience.
Thanks again so much - this is the kind of support that I have been looking for for such a long time but never found with other professionals.
I would definitely recommend to anyone considering it and hope to continue to gain more support and insight from you in the future!

I was seriously thinking that I should leave my job of 20 years. I struggled with the burnout of low self-esteem that had been lurking for the past 2 years for various reasons but mostly the unprofessional behaviour of others that made every day difficult.
I had always felt my brain worked differently from others and although it presented me with good skills, neurodivergence comes with other challenges.
I didn’t want therapy or counselling and seeing Angela’s social media post about her understanding of the inter-related challenges of trauma, post menopausal cognitive affect and neurodivergence - I could relate.
Having AuDHD screening alongside cognitive affect screening with Angela’s experience and expertise to interpret results, was so impactful for me.
Angela created a safe and supportive environment for me to talk, she made me feel heard and understood. Although not a diagnosis, it did free my negative thoughts I had about myself and for the first time in a while I felt empowered.
I moved forward with some coaching sessions with Angela and have since been supported at work with a workplace assessment. The coaching sessions help me focus on areas I have identified for support.
Angela has helped me shift my perspective and thought patterns and, increased my self confidence with insights and strategies I can sustain. I have already passed on Angela’s details and will continue to recommend.
Thank you Angela.

Angela understands people that are neurodivergent. She has made me feel comfortable within myself as a person with ADHD and Autism.
She has helped me to believe that I can change my behaviours if I am willing to work on them.
She has helped me to think differently in situations that normally would cause me a lot of anxiety.
Working with the techniques she has helped me set in place, my life is becoming more joyful as I now know what to do, to not let certain situations spiral out of control.
Thank you Angela for helping me to believe in myself.
