Peer Support for Neurodivergent Women
A free, monthly online group
For women who are making sense of a late diagnosis, or only recently recognising their neurodivergence.
Did you receive a neurodivergence diagnosis later in life - or are you only now starting to make sense of patterns that have always been there?
You don't have to figure this out on your own.
This free, monthly online peer support group is a warm, inclusive space for neurodivergent women. Whether you're exploring a new diagnosis, making sense of lifelong patterns, or simply looking for connection with people who get it - you're welcome here.
Each month, we gather to share experiences, talk through challenges, and learn from one another in a relaxed, respectful environment. There is no agenda, no pressure to speak, and nothing to prepare. Come exactly as you are.
This group is for you if:
- You are an adult woman who has received a neurodivergent diagnosis later in life, or who identifies as or suspects they may be neurodivergent
- You are looking for genuine connection with others who understand the experience from the inside
- You want a quiet, judgement-free space to explore what neurodivergence means for you
Cost: Free
Format: Online (monthly)
